Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh, Sharm el-Sheikh

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were like a dream, fully furnished with lush green grass like a big carpet creating a brilliant sea view. Mr Ahmed at the reception was incredibly helpful, always greeting us with a warm smile. The animation team, led by Mr Mohammed Mansi, brought so much fun to our holiday with their energetic daily activities and captivating nightly shows. Our kid adored the kids' mini disco. The housekeeping ensured everything was pristine, tidying up every day, although the view from my room was minimal.

The hotel offers breathtaking balcony and water views with easy access to the Infinity Pool. Room number 2109 stands out for its luxurious facilities despite the stunning view. Service is outstanding with exceptional food and drink options, and staff going above and beyond to assist, especially Figor and Abdullah. The location provides diverse vibes and is convenient for late flights, though the quality of food, particularly in the beach grill, could be improved. Dining experiences vary from nice varieties to poor choices, affecting the overall stay.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, but suffers from a bad smell in the bathrooms and issues like tap leakage and uncleanliness. The reception lacks courtesy, and the fridge machines do not work. The manager's demeanor is rough and unresponsive.

My stay at Cleopatra was a mixed experience. The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view and some nice treats, but the check-in process was way too long. The service, however, was outstanding, with extremely friendly and helpful staff who clearly care about their guests.

Staying at this hotel was like a mixed bag of goodies. The rooms, besides having a nice holiday animation, were fully furnished and felt like walking on a giant green carpet, but they seemed a bit old and had some faults like a broken waste bin in the bathroom, a faulty TV remote, and a partially collapsing ceiling in the hallway. However, the view from the rooms of the pool, sea, and Tirran island was simply breathtaking.
